What is Reflexology?
  • Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive massage that involves the stimulation of reflexes on the feet, hands, ears and legs in order to bring normalization of function in the body.
  • Each treatment is specifically designed to meet the needs of the individual. There is no ‘one size fits all approach’.
The Benefit of Reflexology
  • 60-80% of health complaints are stress related. Stress is a major cause of diseases such as anxiety, heart disease, neurological conditions, autoimmune conditions, digestive complaints and infertility. Reflexology reduces feelings of stress and anxiety and improves organ function creating homeostasis or normalization of function in the body.
